I've been using the browser dev tools to do this manually for ages, so thanks for posting this. At the same time, I hope it doesn't become well known, as you yourself say: > I purposely don't want to maintain a list here, not to raise any awareness. The current implementation of paywalls / adblocker-blockers on pretty much every such site is laughably defeatable. I worry that if solutions become popular, they'll wise up to it, and make it a lot more difficult.
