To get myself into my code I usually have to remove all distractions, including the internet. Either unplug, block specific sites with your hosts file or use 8aweek. When I have your problem I usually wish I were coding, but its easier (and seems quick) to check facebook, twitter etc. Remove all of those distractions and a computer actually feels really productive.
