r/linux was recently having some laissez-faire experiment where there was minimal to no moderation for one week. Everyone was like "hey, nobody discovered major vulnerabilities in one week, moderation has no function!" No moderation on anonymous forums certainly seem to attract the brightest and shiniest individuals together. Cough.
