There should be a way of increasing safety driver attentiveness. E.g. make drivers labelers. E.g. driver have to label any pedestrians they see on a special HUD. Add financial incentives for labeling pedestrians quickly. Some variation of this idea may reduce data acquisition costs and improve safety drivers.
