"Stories of hospital OBEs" ins't reliable information, it's urban legend. If it was possible to obtain real information from OBE, it would be easy to demonstrate it in a lab. You'd need somebody who can experience OBE at will.
- ExcelSaga 9y agoI like the old rumor? of the doctor who put a piece of paper with a code word written on it, on top of a high shelf in the OR. As the story goes, no one was ever able to report the code word. This is not unlike Houdini’s code phrase for his wife to recognize a valid psychic (no dice there either), or the classic test of reiki practitioners [1]. 1. “So you can feel my energy? Through clothing? Blindfolded? Great, here’s a thin fabric screen, you should stand on that side, and point to where I am on the other, if I’m there at all.” No one gets that either.
