I think they mistyped "100" as "81"

- Consultant32452 9y agoMaybe it's hex. 129% of ICOs are fraudulent.
- Cogito 9y agoIf it was a hex percentage it would still be 81/100, or in decimal 129/256 = 50.39%
- bringtheaction 9y agoWould rather store percentages in single bytes, so let 0xFF / 0xFF = 100%. 0x81 / 0xFF = 129 / 255 ~= 50.59%
- Cogito 9y agoMakes a lot of sense, but maybe a slightly longer bow to draw given that we would never us xx/99 as a percentage in decimal :)
