Ha... I did exactly the same. Automated mbasic to delete/hide from timeline/remove reaction to everything older than the last 30 days. Also deleted all albums and photos that I could. (leaving a few cover photos and a single profile picture) I know there'll be backups and it's probably just a soft delete. But it was still an enjoyable process. By default, facebook should allow you to keep a tailing delete of everything older than XX days if wanted.
