Their robots.txt allows all bots access to all pages and the ToS says that users retain "full ownership of any and all of his or her User Content and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with said User Content." Doesn't that mean that you can scrape the content for the user?
- carbocation 16y agoNo, it means that the user retains rights to their own data. It says nothing about a competitor's right to access their servers ad lib.
