I actually don't get the data-hogging of Microsoft, their ad revenue is only ~7% (compared to ~88% at Google). Would be much better if they would follow Apple

I actually don't get the data-hogging of Microsoft, their ad revenue is only ~7% (compared to ~88% at Google). Would be much better if they would follow Apple model and ditch advertising altogether and focus on products and privacy.
