Thalidomide.
- ng12 9y agoPlease do not put this in the same class as prenatal drug exposure. They are not in the same category for very obvious reasons.
- Sangermaine 9y agoI'm merely pointing out a glaring instance where the FDA being "overcautious" prevented incredible harm. I'm far more inclined to stand with them erring on the side of caution and believing, as the thalidomide incident showed, that the European regulators are too lax.
