I use a light variant from it :
git config --global alias.lg "log --color --graph --pretty=format:'%Cred%h%Creset -%C(yellow)%d%Creset %s %Cgreen(%cr) %C(bold blue)<%an>%Creset' --abbrev-commit --date-order"
- zeotroph 9y agoThe difference is an added --date-order: "Show no parents before all of its children are shown, but otherwise show commits in the commit timestamp order."
