They might seem a bit pricey for what it is, but they operate on a "buy one, give one" model, so it's a pretty good deal considering that. They make a great gift for anyone in your life who needs more iron in their diet.
- kolpa 9y agoIf you live in a developed country, you don't need one. There is iron in a wide range of common foods, both naturally-occurring and artificially-enriched. "lucky iron" fish are useful for people living on subsistence diets.
- fenwick67 9y ago* unless you have a chronic iron deficiency
- riffraff 9y agoIron supplements are probably a better way to fight that, I'd think. Those are also readily available in affluent societies.
- astrodust 9y agoIf you live in a developed country you're probably getting way more than your daily dose of aluminum and Teflon which should be zero.
- efm 9y agoYou can also just buy to donate: https://luckyironfish.com/collections/all/products/give-5-lucky-iron-fish-to-families-in-need https://luckyironfish.com/collections/all/products/give-5-lu...

- craftyguy 9y ago$12.50 for a tiny chunk of iron is still ridiculously expensive. At $25/ea, they could easily do "buy one, give 5 (or more)."
