I'm working on an improved version of Heroku Dataclips called QueryClips (https://www.queryclips.com https://www.queryclips.com). It supports MySQL and Postgres, supports organizations (invite your non-engineer colleagues), sharing to google sheets, JSON, CSV, email, and is secure (encrypted credentials, read-only transactions, etc). I have much bigger plans, but for now I'm bootstrapping it and so far customers seem pretty happy! Give it a try!
