How does one use gerrymandering to sway a presidential election?
- macintux 9y agoNothing in the short run, but I think an argument could be made that gerrymandering in the age when digital technology has enabled very precise calculations to be made has engendered a completely dysfunctional political system. And that completely dysfunctional political system certainly played a role in the last election.
