If I saw her slowly meandering into the left lane like that, I would have slowed down. The car just plowed ahead at full speed. In fact, it plowed ahead, at night, at 3mph over the speed limit. I've seen my own dashcam videos that look very similar to that, and in reality things are much more visible than what the dashcam shows.
