How is financial fraud not deserving of jail time?
- marnett 9y agoI believe it was sarcasm. However, she most certainly is deserving of jail time; may Shkreli's precedent of $~19 million fraud and 7 years pave the way for Holmes. All ratios equal, the sentence should be ~270 years, naturally. Unfortunately, because she is well connected to the VC folks, the $750 million and Ian Gibbons life will all go without retribution.
