You don't have to be completely blind, the person may just have a severe visual impairment, and thus can still see a monitor in 1-2ft in front of them.

- frossie 16y agoIt's probably a mobility horse (and the guy is in a wheelchair). You can use the horse to help you transition from a wheelchair to a chair and so on.
