Every company in this area has their buildings locked where you need an employee badge to get it. The main entrances have reception up front and/or security guards, metal detectors, etc. You won't just walk in unless you are willing to follow an employee in, in which case it could be a bit more serious. Visitors usually need a big VISITOR badge requiring escort.
Best to contact a whole lot of people before coming.
