how do I find a list of everything I have installed so I can then use that to make a script to install it all on a fresh machine?
- kingkongjaffa 9y agoI am on OSx and use homebrew /cask heavily. But I also have a few things installed with Pip and and a few things manually installed and it just seems a bit tricky to traverse all of my install sources and points.

- O_H_E 9y agoOn a Debian based system dpkg -l And this would give you a pure list that you can directly use dpkg -l | awk '/^rc/ {print $2}'
