- cubano 9y agoIt sure is, as well as it's powerful brother, Borland/Inprise C++ Builder, two IDEs that definitely deserve a spot on this list.

- mgsloan1 9y agoI don't think that this is prioritizing degree of influence, particularly for popular programming systems. Jonathan Edward's research has explored novel ways of programming, so naturally this selection is going to be more focused on atypical interfaces.
