I live in Lincoln, Nebraska and this has been clear to us for years. We've a few startups and agencies of decent size and reputation that have made their home here. Quite interestingly, it's not been that terribly difficult to find tech jobs paying 80-110k here where one might find a good rental for 600-700/m (I should add home ownership in Nebraska is quite large).
