Isn't it reaching to see a picture of a bicycle near a sign and then conclude that the accident must have happened exactly next to or near the sign? Maybe the police/witnesses dragged the bicycle to that location?
- abalone 9y agoNah. The Uber likely stopped in its tracks and it's in the picture too. You can see an official collecting evidence at the scene. The bicycle may have been pulled onto the sidewalk but it would be the sidewalk near the accident, not far away.
