  Here's a thought: do you think there could be another reason, beyond skills, why you're not being hired? Do you think it could be because of personality traits? A person who jumps to ideas of bigotry immediately (like you just did) doesn't sound like someone I'd be excited to work with. Could that be it? Honest questions.
