I think you missed his/her point though. Captchas should prevent spam, allowing a user to include an arbitrary link that will appear on any random site is not much of an improvement to the site owner.
- kapauldo 16y agoYeah, but this problem already exists on WordPress comments for example. People are free to add whatever link they want with their comments. I don't think a Glen Beck link is spam, (though I do personally think he's a gimmick).
