Ask HN: What is the best way to build decentralised content platform?

Hello, We are just trying to experiment (probably no ICO :P) and build a decentralized content platform like medium or wikipedia. Where everyone can put up content and log of thing is stored in public ledger. What can be the best way to build this? We saw few coins like storj and all the pricing of those tokens are pretty high and seems non-viable to use the blockchain.
