- darawk 9y agoOnly 70% of the votes were using this system.
- kijin 9y agoEven when only 70% of the votes are counted, it should be pretty clear who got more votes than another. The problem in this case is that no candidate got a majority, so the top two will need to have a run-off election.
- aptsurdist 9y agoI think what actually happened is that no candidate won enough votes, so a runoff is required.
