From my experience you can increase your luck in life by exposing yourself to more choices. This can be something as simple as having saved up money so you can quit your job whenever you want to. That in turn gives you the "luck" to get a better job if the opportunity presents itself.
- dclowd9901 9y agoI do 100% agree with this, recognizing, of course, that merely being in a position to have choices to begin with is _also_ a factor of luck. (Parents’ socioeconomic status; your own intelligence; if you had someone around to have taught you this, etc)
- KozmoNau7 9y agoIt is also a matter of having the resources to act on that lucky opportunity. So it's two-fold, one is that you have the resources to expose yourself to more possibly lucky situations, the second is being able to actually do something about it.
