Dark matter also has a measurable gravitational lensing effect, as I understand it.
- notBrightMatter 9y agoDark matter is just ordinary plain old matter. Asteroids and smoke are both dark matter. Planets may or may not be precisely “dark” depending on thermal activity and/or size, as with planetary objects approaching a brown dwarf’s scale.
