Not one of the original 3 execs reported, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they're getting away with it. The SEC may well still be investigating the original 3. In my observation, law enforcement tends to keep quiet about ongoing investigations until they're ready to press charges. We shall have to see if the original 3 execs get charged as well, or if there's a reason why their sales weren't insider trading per the law.
