- xiphias 9y agoI think they have a chance if it can be shown that Google knew about the problem, because the SEC has special laws for advertising financial scams.
- mirimir 9y agoI consider all ads to be at least somewhat deceitful. Because they are, almost by definition, biased. They're a form of propaganda. And that's not exaggeration. Look at the history, if you will.
