Is there a net increase in housing stock, or are cheaper units being replaced by higher priced luxury units?
- aardvark291 9y agoI think there must be a net increase. In Oakland, parking lots are being replaced with mid-rise apartment complexes. There is an impressive amount of construction under way at the moment.
