  True, but that's solely because Google chose not to do business there. They left that opportunity open to other companies, which is why it's the only place competition really exists. That being said, while a Chinese manufacturer could try to branch out into the international market, that hasn't been working out for them so far. Huawei and Xiaomi have both pushed in that direction, but beyond limited success to begin with, now government entities are discouraging Chinese brands due to perceived cybersecurity risks. Whether those risks are overblown or not, it has severely hampered these companies' ability to branch out to the international consumer.

    And even they put Google services in their global ROM's. At least Xiaomi does
