Wasn't expecting to gain karma with this comment, and I absolutely wanted to "derail the thread" with something I found interesting in the article. I think it's important to discuss unwelcoming work environments every single time we celebrate a tech company's success because more often than not, tech companies continue to have terrible work environments for people of all walks of life.
