  Matthew (one of the authors) told me that they aren't allowed to release a PDF, even though they can post the full text as webpages.

  https://course.ccs.neu.edu/cs2500/texts.html https://course.ccs.neu.edu/cs2500/texts.html Not aware of a PDF, but this version (just click "How to Design Programs") has a UI where you can go to each chapter and subsection with the sidebar. Pretty nifty.
