Sounds like there's a high risk for turning depression into insomnia. Not sure if it's an improvement.
- hihungryimdad 9y agoYep, once I caught up on my sleep the next day would be the same anxiety, depression cycle all over. Crazy to read about this today after having this exact phenomenon happen to me years ago.
