If it were up to me, the sun would go down at 8 pm all year long. It's hard to get a kid to go to bed when the sun is still up.
- mkempe 9y agoIn Scandinavia we use thick, dark shades and curtains, and children sleep well in all seasons. Is that option not available in your country?
- redblacktree 9y agoWe do have blackout curtains, as they're called here. The trick is getting them to go to bed when the sun is shining bright.
