  Exercise and relaxing breathing techniques?

    Yup, started exercising. Just struggling to stay motivated but its gotta be done. Breathing doesn't really help with back pain, unless I'm missing something?

      I've found deep breathing to help control and relax my muscles, which in turn helps with the pain relief.

  I would look into Electronic Muscle Simulators. Just search Amazon. There are dozens of units.
