I really hope it will be a serious competitor. One is half the price of the other, and will be on sale on every other streetcorner. The other is twice as expensive, doesn't have Apple's sexiness (at least in mindshare), and will be on sale in way less places (or only online). And it won't integrate as seamless with your other iDevices. As much as I like boxee, this will be a tough battle for them.
