Ask HN: How often do you refresh your JWT tokens?

I've a few questions regarding tokens: 1. How often do you refresh them? 2. What's the soft (during which it can be refreshed) and hard expiry (after which it can't be refreshed) on them? 3. Do you refresh them on receiving 401 response or you refresh at a fixed interval? Why?
