I think I missed something in the article. What is fast fashion?

  Fast fashion is when clothing companies quickly latch on to fashion trends and then manufacture quickly and often really cheaply clothing. H&M are famous for this, they are often out with the latest trends, selling super cheap and usually not of great quiality.
