I imagine these trucks would phone home immediately and warn an operator that they had unexpectedly stopped. And I'm sure they continually log their GPS location with a server somewhere. They likely have some level of video feed being logged as well. You probably won't be able to steal the truck and get away with it any easier than you could a human-driven truck.
