What about language barrier? Do people speak English?
- glaberficken 9y agoThe majority of people in Lisbon under 40yo speak English to a good level. In a tech "setting" English level would be even higher.
- cpursley 9y agoYes, I've been to tech meetups there. They asked if there were non-Portuguese speaking folks in attendance and all presenters used English.
- gpvos 9y agoEnglish speaking ability is pretty good and widespread in Portugal. In Spain, however, it's the opposite.
