It's a description of smart contracts and their history, but there are no actual holes mentioned, especially not in the context suggested by the title. only the last paragraph mentions that particular contracts written by developers might contain holes that would be difficult to detect, but there are no fundamental holes in the concept or Ethereum's implementation of smart contracts. I feel like this article should be flagged.
