I've enjoyed using BigCommerce... I was able to design a site that bore almost no resemblance to their default design. Most e-commerce systems start with a terrible interface and make you go through hell to improve it. BigCommerce certainly has its quirks but it's flexible. I'm interested in learning more about what you're doing as well as any other useful voices/resources you have found in the e-commerce space. If you'd like to chat you can reach me at mhuebert / gmail.
