Your middle paragraph is reasonable and a good idea. What's with the first and third?
- malbiniak 16y agofirst - didn't want to come off as "complain and your problem will be fixed." i never anticipated having it called reasonable. third - second paragraph is my interpretation of a conversation i had with some people from rackspace and it could be wrong. also, hello from minneapolis.
