Here in Austria the law regarding copyright is pretty similar to Germany so it’s really interesting why no one has sued before.
- Mindwipe 9y agoWell, "always" since about 1996 depending on the country, but yes, it is. I am curious about what Project Gutenberg would do if this judgement was replicated in every country in the EU, which feels plausible.
