For a while now, I've thought about the idea that large "scientific" businesses (from software engineering, even to business) could somehow directly profit from educating people in these areas. Similar to how large companies in the US pay for people to get their graduate degrees. Unfortunately I'm sure it would be taken advantage of by bad actors.
