- letientai299 9y agoSecond this. It's open source[1] and has a tons of features: - Offline reading - Sign in, vove, comment - Reader more - Open in external browser - Integrate with Pocket. - Font and theme I've not found any better app for iOS yet. The name (Materialistic) is irrelevant to HN, though, which make it hard to look up on Play Store. [1] https://github.com/hidroh/materialistic https://github.com/hidroh/materialistic Edit: formatting
- testb 9y agoThirded - Very responsive to (sane) feature requests
- limeblack 9y agoIt doesn't appear to notify you of replies which is my most desired feature.
- enigmalord 9y agoya it lacks that imp feature, but you can export the articles you have saved to text file saved in your mobile storage card. Ofcourse there is no completely article saved offline... its just the list of URL's to the article you have saved.
- neeksHN 9y agoWasn't aware! I use it mainly as a "reader" and usually only comment on desktop. Nice to know though, thanks for pointing that out!
- innoprenuer 9y ago+1 for Materialistic
- joshuabezaleel 9y agoFor me, it lacks the ability to sync the saved post into one account. Any idea for this?
