The most important quote:
"In general, those with greater talent had a higher probability of increasing their success by exploiting the possibilities offered by luck. Also, the most successful agents were mostly at least average in talent. So talent mattered."
- tacomonstrous 9y agoI don't understand this artificial distinction between talent and luck. Isn't one lucky to possess the talent in the first place? What one does to develop that talent into something meaningful is of course a different matter.
