Seeing that most custom enterprise applications use proprietary systems/infrastructure, I don't see "web 2.0" fitting in with big business... However, I do know small/medium companies are beginning the transition into completely custom apps like web-based POS systems, sales generation, etc.. But, $50-200k is a big chunk of change for a small entity. And as already stated, there is a significant education process when dealing with decision makers over ~30 years old who are unfamiliar with current technology... scare + relative cost = hard sell.
